UX strategies

The goal of the UX strategy is to increase the value of a product or brand

UX strategy is a type of thinking. It is not a way to formulate and execute an ideal plan; it is designed to explore the existing situation, analyze the possibilities, conduct structured experiments, fail, learn lessons, and try again until you have something valuable that people really need. In the process of developing a UX strategy, you will have to take risks and put up with failures. You will learn how to reduce the damage from errors by conducting small structured experiments to check whether your strategy is leading the team in the right direction.

  • The strategy is a Declaration of the key aspects of the project at the time of its writing. Since the strategy refers to agile development techniques, it must be updated and adjusted after the completion of the cycle. The duration of this cycle is determined by the product owner.
